I augusti 2026 startar Civisto en pilot tillsammans med Borås Stad. Syftet är att pröva Civisto Invasiva arter i en verklig kommunal process och lära vad som ger mest nytta för handläggare, fältpersonal och verksamhetsansvariga.
In August 2026, Civisto starts a pilot together with the City of Borås. The purpose is to test Civisto Invasive Species in a real municipal process and learn what creates the most value for case officers, field staff and operational managers.
En central del är övergången från planering till arbete i fält och tillbaka. När uppdrag lämnas på papper eller följs upp i separata kanaler blir det svårt att hålla ihop status, bilder, tid och kostnad. Piloten prövar en sammanhängande väg från avgränsat uppdrag till återrapportering och kommunens granskning.
A central part is the handover from planning to field work and back again. When assignments are issued on paper or followed up in separate channels, it becomes difficult to connect status, photos, time and cost. The pilot tests a continuous path from a clearly defined assignment to reporting and municipal review.
Arbetet omfattar också hur observationer granskas och prioriteras, hur kommunal och privat mark skiljs åt och hur återbesök kan planeras över flera säsonger. Målet är inte att införa ännu ett fristående rapporteringsverktyg, utan att stärka den operativa kedjan efter att ett fynd har kommit in.
The work also covers how observations are reviewed and prioritised, how municipal and private land are distinguished, and how return visits can be planned across seasons. The aim is not to introduce another stand-alone reporting tool, but to strengthen the operational chain after a finding arrives.
Borås Stad behåller bedömningar och beslut. Civisto bidrar med arbetssättet och verktyget, och piloten avgränsas så att verkliga behov kan testas innan parterna tar ställning till nästa steg.
The City of Borås retains responsibility for assessments and decisions. Civisto contributes the workflow and the tool, and the pilot is deliberately limited so that real needs can be tested before either party decides on a next step.
